i fixed the diff in my last playthrough by letting myself use 3 OS systems and one of them was chrome compressor that allowed me to be extra tanky

the way i view Very Hard in Cyberpunk is the way I view all tabletop role-play combat. You are constantly rolling dice and sometimes a dice lands on a 1 and you're just fucked because you rolled a 1. So the longer the fight, the more dice get rolled, the more likely you're gonna get 1'd.
