In regards to parry, my best advice is paying attention to enemy hand movement

And memorize them. Also if warriors side step twice, they always do a 360 spin attack. Or if they start with the left hand attacking, it becomes a one parry into stagger. But if they start with right swipe, it’s two parries. Etc. just knowing things like this helps. Same goes for extremis and terminators
