Honest thoughts on the zealot rework after some testing in auric/havoc, fotf builds feel slightly worse compared to before. The CDR nerf already was a hit to fotf which was pretty spam dependent when trying to use certain melee weapons to deal with armor. With the duellist nerf, your weakspot crits deal 50% less damage which is pretty noticeable even with the extra damage talents. I really hope they adjust fotf base cooldown and maybe add some finesse damage to fotf like stealth has. Otherwise the cdr nerfs feel fine for the other abilities.

and you can maintain and preserve your movement speed using the activation, that's huge

not moving to max movespeed instantly, or almost

but the eviscerator is now a duellist's weapon, in a sense

previously a big % of the damage from sawing came at the end, of course

but now, the saw damage is added to the attack on connection

so you hit for the entirety of the damage of the attack without the benefit of saw, and also saw damage gets activated too

what this means is, you can rev and hit an enemy, and then immediately immediately dodge out and disengage

your time to kill from initial engagement of a rager, shotgunner, machinegunner, or mauler is now 2 ticks on an eviscerator saw

so, quarter second?

anyway, eviscerator is now a duelling weapon without the single target only stab attack pattern or the mincy sillyninny stance when holding it
