I'm really numbers + performance oriented so I see Shroudfield giving literally around 7.5x the benefit for non-finesse weapons compared to FotF + improved stealth mechanics + it having good QoL and CDR and I get a little irked. Like old Shroudfield + better MCS and toughness gen would've been perfectly good still. I really do want BP to be reworked, with the current state it's kinda not great outside of very specific cases for some weapons, and it's by far the most boring in design and the other two keystones literally hand out buffs for free.

doesn't need to be tested really. Weapons have movement curves, they're multipliers at set time points that get lerped to create the changes in movement speed as you swing a weapon. Normally it's like 1.3 -> 1 -> 0.8 -> 0.4 or something adjacent to simulate a lunge effect but still be movement negative. Movement tech occurs when the movement curve is positive or you can hold a high mult for a long time. Unfaltering caps the minimum movement curve to 1, so all attacks are now movement positive and therefore have tech

Feels like they adjusted the active frames of the attacks, though, so you can't SWOOSH it over heads anymore. You have to be more precise with the stabs, unless I'm just getting old.
