Intent works out pretty nicely, less power for the generic CDR and shift it to the ults so that now it takes 2 points instead of 1 and Fatshark can balance the ult CDR for just the ult.

And with Chorus it doesn't get one because it's meant to have a longer cooldown. It's kinda neat.
