Heresy is a HUGE jump so a lot of people struggle with the malice/Heresy transition a LOT. Then you have people with Damnation who are KINDA used to Heresy but arent quite ready for Damnation. Then you also have the people who are 100% good for Auric but want something more relaxed

its a very weird 1/2 way point between "Barely competent" and "Actually competent"
