Not really. Like with the Bile constellation you're rewarded for running a 3/4 AP weapon for spewers, usually you just take an AoE weapon or AMR and it's a breeze. Normal loadouts already cover this weakness, if you're running a 2 AP primary you don't run a Stalwart for instance, unless you're going into Armored there's little reason to 4 stack AT. With Rupture it's similar but you're able to predict the constellation.

Missions have constellations, these are enemy weights. Like if you roll Bile you get spewers and spitters n whatnot, if you roll Armored you get more heavies. Exists for Automatons as well. Sub-factions layer on top of this by just replacing certain aspects the same way every time, usually just enemies. Each mission has a set list of constellations it can roll, there's only a few and if you know the planet you can know the constellations for that mission (there's 1-2 for normal missions, blitz missions roll all of them).
