Martyrdom is great, same with IJ. Blazing Piety is mainly to enable proccing crit CDR and crit TDR, and for the easy TDR built into the talent. Also has some benefit on some weapons for Carapace over Martyr and IJ.

Martyr in particular gives a reason to run wound curios which is kinda fire. Even makes up for it by giving TDR equivalent to the missing toughness curios. IJ is just generalist but can hit similar BPs to Martyr based on the weapon.
