Havoc is just normal difficulties with weird modifiers on them, early levels are easier than what you're playing rn if you learn those modifiers. I suggest warming up to Auric & Maelstroms and then steamrolling your way to whatever Havoc level you hit the ceiling with. That's where you get the whole 'oh I'm failing here' or 'my movement is bad' phase.

Basic framework setup, run w/ Mk III Eviscerator and a ranged weapon of your choice (can basically run whatev on Evis). 4-5 spare points for added stuff assuming Martyrdom or Judgement. Also added is a crit setup with Evis in mind, can run Scourge instead of BR and take Stalwart on BP or just run right side BP, Shred does enough for having crit CDR and enduring faith up. H1 L2 L3 Special/Block Cancel is a fun combo for crowds on the Mk III. On Damn-Auric you can do basically anything you want build-wise with little effort once you settle on a build you like. Rampage + Wrath/Savage Sweep for base and Shred + Perfect Strike/Wrath/Savage for crit.
