Chaxe has pretty good ADMs already, rending/brittle bonuses shine when you have low ADMs into targets. Geneally with them it's just Headtaker/Slaughterer/Thrust. I wouldn't recommend it with the crit build though, works better with Judgement or Martyrdom, but you can proc IoD and EF with just Blazing Piety so it's fine.

I ask because the combat command smooths your movement and it slows you down. Uh I'd prob just get more robust thrust for the mass of the ship so you can outposition them, with RG ships you need to get close and orbit because most ships can turn faster than you can orbit.
with rockets PD or Flak, some ships can out-maneuver them but you need some good impulse thrust.
