instead of being stuck as a hidden stat at 50%

like on the graia and vraks brautos

cause stopping power affects damage to flak/maniac/unyielding/carapace(almost nothing on the brauto for carapace)

meanwhile collateral is stagger/suppression(sometimes just stagger iirc)

I think stopping power does also count for unarmored and infested for some guns

i'll try to double check that last bit

Mk2 is just as strong as ds4, it just requires more than half a braincell cuz it has a semblance of a moveset
The mk5 is the most balanced out of them but it still is a duelling sword, has access to all of those blessings, and has better dodge distance cuz it has 2 stats that affect it, so its arguably the safest one

Relic blade is amazing. The only thing about the relic blade is that it is a bit balanced by the mobility it has. But the performance of it, especially while powered more than makes up for it having the worst dodge distance of zealot melee weapons

So here's each gimmick. Mk5 gets longer dodges where even at negative dodges you can still dodge some things effectively(from what I've heard) and defences is the dump stat. The mk4 has 2 stabs for heavies that do the same damage and it loops the lights 2 and 3 with light spam, cleave targets is the dump stat on it. The mk2 has the heavy 1 of the mk4 and access to a heavy 2 which can be used for horde clear on top of the light attacks taking care of hordes better, mobility is the dump stat

and on the dueling sword cleave targets and defences are the same slot

so if your mk4 is perfect your mk5 is too lol

the light attacks feel way more fluid on the mk2

plus iirc you can just heavy 1 special rinse and repeat for single target

Yes you can quell peril without taking damage unlike venting heat in vt2, but, that doesn't change that being close to the perils of the warp really messes with my anxiety and paranoia

Adolf Kristjansson has confirmed that they will be communicating the plans for Payday 3 as it enters its third year in September and said he is sure players will be "delighted". He also said it was a shame there was no roadmap in year 2.

The Payday 3 dev team will increase in size again next year.

He also confirmed that Starbreeze intends to "rip up" and "completely change" Payday 3 "from the ground up". He mentioned game modes would be a part of this.

He described Payday 3 as "vanilla and missing a bit of life" and "the short term strategy is to get the game where it needs to be."

Payday 2 will be recieving QoL, bug fixes and new content "for players who want to stay there".

Starbreeze is "leaning into ceaseing our third party publishing operations." off the back of financial results which were "far below expectations" in that area.
