Depends on the weapon for sure though. Obv crit stuff is going to favor The Build (as it's really just a crit build) outside of weapons that utilize Shroudfield, to which you run Shroudfield. But like, significant amount of stuff doesn't really perform best on the crit build. Don't even need to rock the same pre-blitz usually, Vicious Offering + FiF w/ TRS has some nutty toughness gen and rocking that with Martyr gives you some similar effective toughness values to crit build.

To my knowledge the most out-there build that still utilizes the crit build is Agri Railgun but it's a bit mixed to use that in havoc as you use a lot of ammo in the setup and it's basically a Zealot ranged build, ie your melee stuff suffers a tad.

ye not entirely sure why it's like that. ig to force an extra point as it's a potent ult? There are some cool pathing gimmicks you can do based on that concept but the current implementation feels a bit odd.
Especially given that the tax node basically is just what Chorus already does. May as well just have a note saying Chorus takes 2 points and remove that node from the required pathing.

It's ok atm performance-wise. It's just awful that the buffs were so in-favor of the Mk XV, and didn't fix any of the weird issues with either of them. Puts it in a weird spot where you only take the Mk III for a specific armor type in a group w/ the H1 L2 L3 SA combo or for the light strikedowns.
Like in a perfect world their issues are fixed, parity is a bit better between them, and crowd performance is tuned to favor knowing good combos on the Mk III.
