Yup a direct hit from the flamer cone should apply it along with fire stacks, anything that received fire stacks should have brittleness. The fire stacks themselves do not apply brittleness but do benefit from the damage buff from it iirc

It's for the lights. Using simplified values, cleave distribution went from 300, 140, 120, 80, 0... to 300, 200, 140, 80, 60, 40, 30... on the default light sweeps. Tank light sweeps override the first two targets to be slightly lower damage, but the rest of the targets are the same.
The base H1 on the Mk III also got an overall buff. Was quite sizeable too. Went from 300, 100, 80, 50, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20... to 345, 220, 160, 85, 60, 40, 40, 30, 30...

I'm just seeing 16 stacks for Thunderous on the Arbi Maul. Dog brittle talent applies standard brittle, so it's the same cap. It may be possible a different player applied a different type of brittle, resulting in the higher brittle shown. Just speculation though.

Lacerate is a worse fleshtearer that requires you to avoid the knives 2.5x to 3x headshot damage multiplier for a bleed that is not actually good as you think (see attached bleed table)
Fleshtearer is viable with lots of crit chance (piety, scourge), since with scourge, 1 crit is 10 bleed (scourge is 2 bleed) on a target you already chunked to the head
And uncanny allows you to be safe and bleed a crusher pack to death since rending applies to bleed, in addition to just obliterating their health with 100% rending heavy headshots
This is also on top of crits having the same multipler (both at once making you deal like 5-6x damage) as headshots so stacking crit is already great
Those multipliers are also why a riposte/precog knife can kill a boss in a few headshots due to the massive 60% finesse bonus and duelist giving 50% weakspot and crit damage, both on dodge

They ramp up stats and apply modifers to missions. Havoc 40 is the 'if you do stuff here it's cool' difficulty. I really recommend trying it because you'd prob like it.

Before the CDR nerf it can somewhat fight rager horde, but after that the weapon becomes so inefficient and dangerous to use against melee elites, the rev attack is just a weaker version of Thammer's special activation, you trade Hammer's charge damage for horde clear but unlike Thammer, you completely expose yourself during the rev even if you can cancel it, because if you cancel it you are not dealing damage.

I wouldn't say it can't "somewhat fight rager horde", it's pretty on par more or less with Relic sword even, with some gives and takes. This here is Havoc 40 mutiplier with 7 Final Toll Dreg Ragers, I tested both melees with well the same manic+elite perks, and pretty standard blessings, and they more or less perform on par with each other.
I think 7 dreg ragers is a pretty common rager horde even in H40.

if it wasn't for Final Toll, Eviscerator can even giga-knock down Ragers with ease (at least Mk3's heavy1 afaik), Relic cant do that afaik (even when I took all the impact nodes xD)
