Just looked at it, looks like in the time since I've last looked at it it went from lightly bugged to not working in the Psyk. FotF gives you plain ol' attack speed, there's a function that merges ranged attack speed and attack speed to form a firerate difference with automatic weapons. In the Psykhanium, this code no longer works. Originally the auto weapons would only benefit if you started firing after the start of the buff.

Feel free to verify this yourself in a public lobby, Psykhanium is a little weird with buffs and some functions. I tested it with a Boltgun and it went from a 2.15s dump time to a 1.88s dump time.

More survivability, kinda? You get the TDR on left branch piety. Martyr comes with some survivability benefits if you run blood for the emperor on the left blitz branch and it comes with its own TDR source.

Damage? sometimes. Martyr gives attack speed and damage at all times while you have stacks, it's high damage too. Relic Blade has good finesse so crit weakspots with Duellist up are pretty good though, blazing piety will get you those more often. Up to you, RB is super strong on any build just due to it itself being super strong.

The build in pins is the 'hyper meta havoc 40' with a stamp of approval by some players pretty much, so don't feel pressured to just run that. Experiment around, lots of options.

If you stand close to it, it will attempt to do melee attacks when its vomit is on cooldown. You can use that small amount of time to hit the pimple on its back with your melee. You can also bait melee attacks out if you are not the person it's trying to vomit on.

Otherwise, high finesse ranged weapons like a laspistol or vraks iag will evaporate the BoN if you shoot the pimple.

Revolvers exist.
Honorable mention to bolt pistol because lethal prox still affects crusher aoe.

Though you can combo this with other weapons, so it's particularly there for if you have a melee weapon w/ poor Cara and you want a flamer. I like it w/ Crusher and Shock Maul personally.

Need weapon advice. I am a zealot main and have been playing thunder hammer/bolt pistol pretty much exclusively for a while. However, been trying to play different weapons recently (the relic blade in particular) and I feel like I end up pretty doing very lackluster damage against all types of bosses/monstrosities and crushers are also a big problem. What is a good anti-large ranged weapon that isn’t the bolter that would allow me to play less hard-hitting melee weapons but still be able to deal with monstrosities?

If you're running mk10 RB you probably want to use heavy heavy light loop on harder targets. For mk2 iirc it's just heavy loop for single target

The sprint thrust attack does the most single target damage, you definitely want to do one as you engage a large target and can get another by doing a dodge slide during combat

I run it with the bolter but the revolver is another ranged weapon that can handle single large targets well too

For monstrosities the laspistols are actually good too, they just suck against carapace

I run unyielding elites as perks on the relic blade for general elite, ogryn, and monster hate

Here's some combos for RB mk10:

Horizontal Sweeps for horde clear

• Light 1, Light 2, Heavy 3, Heavy 4 are all horizontal sweeps and Heavy 3 and Heavy 4 can be repeated in a loop
• Light 1, Light 2, Heavy 3 also works with looping Light 2 and Heavy 3
• Push (with no attack), Heavy 4, Heavy 3 can access heavy sweeps more quickly and you can either loop it or just the heavies at the end
• Push, Light 2, Heavy 3 can loop as well, or just loop Light 2 and Heavy 3

Strikedowns and stabs for single target

• Heavy while sprinting is a stab and leads into Light 1 (right to left sweep) or Heavy 1 (right side strikedown)
• Push Attack is a stab
• Heavy 1, Heavy 2, Light 3 you can loop for strikedown, strikedown, stab
• Push attack, Heavy 2, Light 3 can be looped and used to attack with only single target attacks on left side for hitting around bulwark shields

Switching between them

• If you're doing a horizontal sweep from left to right, you can follow with Light 3 (stab) and start a single target combo
• If you're performing single target attacks, use Push to cancel your combo and loop Light 2, Heavy 3 or Heavy 4, Heavy 3
• A Push attack is a quick and reliable way to interrupt a hordeclear loop for a single target attack if you need one

If you use disdain, you can build stacks with a sweep and expend them on a stab by using Light 1, Push Attack, Light 2, Light 3, which loops.

You could just go precognition and get the bonus from dodging(which you should be doing anyway)

H1 L2 or PA L2 H1 for single target. Activated H1 or PA has different benefits, stagger and good damage output respectively. L1 H2 for crowds, special L1 if you need some breathing room or a Skullcrusher application opener.

You can mix as needed, your specials give a lot of time to adjust combos.

It does damage but bleed on knife isn't worth it overall since you can easily 1-2 shot most enemies with the normal precog + uncanny/ripsote
