FiF w/ 3x TRS is up to 21.375 toughness/s which is funny. Also roughly halfs the delay, which is nice for when coherency regen gets disabled when you're melee-slot'd. With Loner it's 14.25/s base. This is flat, so it's like a funky EWEW but with teammates. If you use it to its full potential you can get kinda nutty values (TDR turning toughness gen into absurd values) but it's obv better utilized by Ogryn (lynchpin) and outclassed by Vicious + BR and Second Wind for toughness gen.
Very fun to experiment w/.
Plus with the setup given you can just run Second Wind, making the build utilize the FiF + TRS combo mainly for shooters and special clearing while in coherency.
Of course, anti-shooter movement hinders the utility. Depends on the player though.
