And if they use their charges and there's still enemies they fold

This happened to me the other day. Was thammering. Horde showed up and I charged in to kill some elites/ragers and focus melee on me. Had 2 vets and a psyker in the group.

Guy started getting angry because I abandoned them. I saw his point of view. Since I was only dedicated melee, stick with the group. Which I usually do.

But I find as zealot if you let mixed hordes group up and overwhelm, you’re sort of letting them gain power to wipe the floor with you.

As someone who maxxed out his chars like a month after the game launched and have played them frequently I have the unique perspective from ur regular pubber that some classes have roles in mind and have to do things my class doesnt

Zealot due to the talents and the nature on how they proc needs to constantly be at the frontline or at the very least fighting something

We have no ranged build

That’s how I felt. Like if you need me there to babysit you constantly, you prob should drop down a difficulty. Because you should be able to go solo for a bit incase you’re seperated

People who only play ranged characters tend to bundle up together for survival and utilize the killzone between them and the enemy to do their damage

And fold in melee

So they get pissed when the Zealot runs off

Or the Ogryn w a melee build is far ahead

Ogryn doesnt have this issue as much due to being slow physically, and having a dodge penalty

100%. You literally kill for toughness and bonuses. I also find a good zealot will set the pace for the match.

And since I also have played all other classes as well, if a zealot charges in, I go with them, always. Because even just a little support will allow a good zealot to disrupt any enemy horde, patrol, etc

Yeah, I usually use one charge to get into the action and save my second to zip back to the group if things get out of hand.
