eh man-stopper doesn't look that good, and maybe it's a playstyle difference but i try to gear the thing to be able to wallop stuff that isn't armored in a more special sniping direction. while i could, i'm not really firing it into hordes
i like the idea of deathsplitter and both barrels to keep the pump train going. i don't think ur killing important targets in one barrel shot, so gearing for both sounds cool to me at least

i guess keep this. i'm not well informed for piety or what weapon you're using for it, but if you run scattershot (the crit based on cleave blessing), your crit chance is already gonna be pretty high. i don't see a point in going from potentially 75 to 85 crit chance at maximum, and then whatever the base crit of the shotgun itself is

Most of your survivability comes from Toughness management. Beefing it up to allow for more mistakes or protection from a bad scenario makes said management easier.

i waited till round 3 to kill them off since the gunners would spawn more frequently/endlessly
