Sure is. And itâs a great weapon. I run a martyrdom build (which I swap weapons out to whatever I want), but tactical axe is amazing.
You may not wrack up the most kills vs carapace armoured enemies, but what tactical axe does amazingly well stagger everything
Keep swinging on crushers and maulers and watch them not even be able to get through attack animations.
And with martyrdom, your attack speed jumps up so damn high youll barely even see the axe swinging when you attack. Its that fast
I find my taxe build is a great one to run for support. Sure, maybe you wonât kill those heavily armoured enemies as fast as others, but you donât need to. Let the group kill, you stagger/keep them busy.

Martyrdom is the only keystone that actively goes against the fundamental mechanics of the game.
Martyrdom is also the only zeal keystone that has a useless cdr option.
Good players can get around the first part, no problem, but the second part needs fatshark to fix it.
I put "weakest" in quotes on purpose for that exact reason, good players can make martyrdom be one of the best keystones solely because you take breakpoints and throw them directly in the trash.
