Psyker on Havoc 40 can face tank all 2 budget twins, Plogry and a hex DH by parry canceling, since it's a block it increases Peril, damage and cleave scaling quite well for mass ragers to the point of 2 shotting up to 12 ragers, add in the funny F and you got a currently good weapon that with a small buff may get ridiculous

the mk4 is the most broken dueling sword, but, all 3 mks are broken
the mk5 has even more broken dodges, and the mk2 has better horde control/clear at the cost of 1 armor damage heavy

You mentioned earlier you're at a low level, mutant waves are less of a problem once you get better gear etc. A lot of melee weapons can one-shot them eventually, even some relatively fast ones like Heavy Sword
