as for flamer, it's never worth sacking a perk slot for 5% crit chance, even on a "crit" build (which chaxe is bad with since it has low finesse ratios, aka scales poorly iwth crits)
everlasting flame is fine on a crit build with flamer but you HAVE to know how to use it correctly or you will waste a ton of ammo
too many nooblots take everlasting flame, hold down m1, and go red/orange on the first horde
