I dont need a second chastise if you use it right, but also I want chastise all the time cause im going for cooldown reduction, I need more damage but Im not gonna take the node that gives me more damage more often because I need the slight uptick in attack speed instead over the guarentee'd crit and movetech but we dont need the crit because im attacking more which means I cooldown more so I can get more chastises but not too many chastises cause that'll be a waste
