Crucis uses heavies for hordes, and any heavy + special does the same damage. Ironhelm* uses special + heavy 1/2 for hordes and special + heavy3 for single target. Special + heavy 1.2 does 20% less damage than the crucis and special + heavy 3 does 10% less. Ironhelm's special cleaves through hordes until it runs out of cleave or hits an elite

For blessings you basically need Thrust on it
then it's your option of headtaker/slaughterer(consistency or damage in that order of those 2) or momentum(off-meta, not a great pick once you know what you are doing)
