clean, balanced and unstable
clean just buff the weapon with some clean stat buffs
balanced do that but sometimes add something that makes it unique but isnt too transformative
unstable is the real fun shit most of the time and transform the gun to make it do something REALLY REALLY well

mortar rounds turns the cannon into a .......mortat cannon

completely different firing mode and all that
