Swap from swift certainty to backstab cdr, take off that 10% hp node under attack speed and take dance of death, and take holy revenant instead of desperation
Knifes shouldn’t be too hard to use unless you are a console player and everyone has to start somewhere so I would suggest you try learning now (even if you are struggling you can at least use knife to animation cancel the bolters draw animation)

You probably also want to scrounge up a point somewhere and maybe put it into fury of the faithful if enemies are smacking you out of your chainsword rev

First thing is that your approach to combat is wrong. Zealout is a class where you choose your melee, then choose a ranged option to handle your melee's weaknesses. Chainsword is all well and fun but if you find that you lack the armor killing potential you require with your boltgun then you may want to switch to a melee that helps more against it. Your talents are mostly fine, but that one passive underneath tknives can be put to better use in a different talent, and desperation doesn't help with chainsword at all, because the push attack is not good. Switch that to holy revenant. The point you gain from dropping that empty passive can be spent on enduring faith.

Lots of people fall for trap blessings on chainsword, like bloodletter. (that one doesn't help because anything you bother revving against should have the chastise trick used on it, so it dies instantly)

So first off is bottleneck is more of a who cares kinda problem, it doesn't matter unless you want more framerate and thats the only time you should realistically upgrade CPU. That said 5700X3D is probably fine if you're happy with frames, just crank resolution if thats the case.

I've had a 5800X3D before, a 7800X3D gets you very stable framerates like even your lows will be maxed out, but its not a must have upgrade.
