LMB Bleed spammers, Fury or Stealth Zealots don't need DMG since the melee multiplier is substantial and makes up for it, so Mobility is always better mainly for the dodge distance since 1 - 3 metres extra distance is a night and day difference. Zealot is probably the main class that can skip DMG in favor of Mobility because of their melee buffs.
