.. but if you get boosted & then play rounds you aren't ready for and get demoted, you'll fall back down closer to your actual rank
which makes it, after a week, a pretty good matchmaking system
and with how high the difficulty gets on higher havocs, bad players simply wont be there (as much)

Yeah I couldn't get it to work without +cara. It's also a bit inconsistent, which might be a skill issue. Sometimes it would do only 2,2k dmg even with the weakspot indicator and other times it oneshots np. I don't think it's a critting issue either as I was doing back to back oneshots several times on a quick test.
