If you are going to use bleed then you need Uncanny
On a crit build: Fleshtearer. On a non-crit build: Lacerate. Generally speaking it's not a good idea to run bleed on the knife tho

(the 90% increases it to 100%, then the 10% more increases it by 1/4th the amount which is 2.5%)

Slaughterer + Skullcrusher/Thrust... it's that or Skullcrusher + thrust/slaughterer... I can't remember for sure
heavy 1 is a strikedown, heavy 2 is a sweep. Push attack has insane finesse damage and is a sweeping attack(still does good armor damage on weakspot hits)
if you want armor damage you can do heavy 1 then a light, which repeats back to heavy 1... throwing push attacks in there(the push attack is god-tier on the crusher)
