my issue with chaxe pre buff was that its revved attack had more ticks than the heavy evisc, so it capped higher but was way less safe to put down damage with. You'd lose a ton of damage dodge canceling out

Back before they added a delay to sniper shots, this would have made more sense to me.
I guess there are times when you're hemmed up by a dense horde and multiple snipers show up. Hard to dodge in those conditions.
