its not that the concept of lesser dodges and tanking is bad its that its pushed to the point of being absurd, back before fire stopped toughness regen ogryns could melee hordes inside enemy fire grenades and avoid taking any health damage from snipers still

remove some of the passive DR and make it active, DR as a reward for fulfilling certain actions. that way you can keep most of the tankyness but need to be doing things for it (think vets ET giving DR on weakspot kills)
improve the dodges slightly still slower dodges that are longer than the others, but not so slow that you can be clipped by shooters between dodges because of the downtime on your dodges (a unique ogryn feature, its very cool)
