the highest a stat can be is 80% (ik its weird but its just how it is rn), and there is always going to be a deficit of 20 points
so one stat might be 75 and another would be 65 on that weapon
or one would just be 60
ideally you want to find a weapon that has 60% in the least desirable stat, so all the desirable stats are at their maximum potential
