On what basis are you forcing yourself to use that, then the answer is - neither.
Even correct tier 2 blessing will be better than those two. Heck, probably tier 1 ones will beat that. Both on Evis and on HSword. Especially HSword.
If you are refering to Melk store, then dont buy that.
For HSword get tier 1 Deathblow and Tier 2 Headtaker. For Evis name the correct mark, as they have a bit different use. MK2 Rampage/Savage Sweep, MK15 can be flexible from Rampage/Shred to many other combos.

Buy HSword and replace Wrath with Deathblow whatever tier is unlocked, for perks go Flak/Maniac
so you can use item level 500 weapon
or whatever it will be (im not sure if the number decreases with lower tier blessings)
