See, the box one was painful because of people that killsteal, whether accidentally or on purpose is irrelevant, and because you rely on at least 1 grenade drop to get into your hands.
So not only do you have to get a grenade spawn, you have to be the one that gets them.

There were several times where I pushed something on the ground and pulled a box out only for a thammer zealout to come flying in with fotf and nail it in the face.
There is zero way to guarantee your kill won't be stolen.

There is literally no other penance that is chance based for any of the 4 classes. Only that one.
Unless you count the box grenade penance on ogryn because you're chancing getting a grenade drop and also being the one to pick it up.
