If you crit something, chances are, it dies, so scourge doesn't really help you on targets that aren't tanky.

Riposte, if run with piety as your keystone, can basically guarantee all your hits are crits.

Precog is better for IJ as your keystone; it's reliable, raw damage.

Uncanny strike is basically a consistent free damage as long as you're hitting heads. (which, you should be, as you're using a knife)

It also allows for crusher 3taps.
