Uncanny stacks very easily cuz the requirement of "hitting the head" isn't too hard to reach, especially since it doesn't fall off from a miss, just a 3.5 sec buff
It also is a universal buff, so it applies to your DoTs, as well as throwing knives if you've go those, and of course every one of your swings
Rending backstab only applies to the attack itself, and only if it's a backstab, which isn't going to be very often in reality
