or a blueprint for a reactor
the rates are a little different whether youre on normal or harde (normal vs steel path basically)
the forma relics drop the bp at a 15-20% chance
the reactors drop the bp at a 3-6% chance

any place you can get relics, you also have a small chance of getting a consumable that can boost your rates for the rarer things, but not to the same level as radiant relics, like itll move the 6% to 10% and the 10% to 16% etc etc
getting the materials for the things arent hard and people already have optimized farms for them
so while a forma in TFD does actually require way more work in terms of material farming, its not that bad in the end
reactors in TFD can take quite a bit from that drop rate, but in comparison to warframe where there isnt a viable way to farm them out consistently without just buying it, its not entirely bad
