I also got schooled on a specific talent for guns, as well, by my friend lol

It's a talent where you fire faster and do less damage for the 1st half of the mag, then fire slower and deal more damage for the last half of the mag of your gun... but for the 2nd half of the mag it doesn't work as cut and dry as reduced by a % then any increases increase it again by a %... it, basically, takes the base rate of fire of the gun(say if it is 1k) then reduces that by 20%... then that becomes the new base rate of fire... (so that 1k rof, becomes 800) and then all increases are multiplied by the new rof(800, in this instance) <.<'
