Hello I have been using the mk12 chainaxe in auric damnations on my martyrdom zealot, it's great at 1 shooting elites and specials and has decent horde clear with damage buffs, but I want to change things up.

Can the one handed chain sword fill the same role? Or can it one shot all of the elites?

had a semi discussion about crit evisc earlier and basic consensus was to go full DMG since the crit CDR tweak makes it so you dont perma have FOF up anymore

and evisc kills everything that isnt super big but you'll just 1-2 shot those anyway with a special attack charged H so bleed doesnt really amount to much

inexo feels really good with it

Missed the convo, but I'll chime in anyway - Psyker's power level goes up non-linearly. Get Assail asap, spam your way to victory until Heresy. Then at 20-22 you get Warp Rider + active ability of your choice. At 30 you're free to build the glass cannon however you want.

It's kinda funny when an ogryn with a pickaxe can't deal with a crusher/mauler as fast as a level 13 zealot with a heavy sword

just a thing to note about skullcrusher because I went prolly a year completely misunderstanding it

it will lay stacks every hit or every hit that even slightly jostles them, I don't remember which

and it lays the # of stacks the same as its tier, 1/2/3/4

but all tiers stack to 8 total

higher tiers just mean fewer hits to get there

and the blessing only procs and increases damage if/while the enemy is in the process of stagger-ing

as in on their ass

when they find their feet and start fighting again you have to re-stagger for the blessing to start working again

so the real trick and fun with the crusher is, every enemy you see you ask the question how do I knock you on your ass and kill you before you get back up again

yeah the detonation will like 99% stagger what you're hitting unless it's an auric and they're blessed

but the radius took a hit, because heavy detonations go twice as far and stagger/damage twice as much as a light swing detonation

and the radius is pretty small to begin with, not much more than your weapon reach

so detonations with heavies are for single target assplanting

heavies will jostle most smols in a lil more than weapon sweep, like what they consider melee range

but it won't send em flying, just what you actually bonk

typically enemies youre fighting are doing everything but looking away from you

plus RB only applies to the hit only

uncanny is a buff that gives you, the player, 100% rending on all outgoing damage

and is very hard to honestly NOT stack up and maintain on knife

and it will also apply to bleed from scourge (which you should be running with knife), immo grenades if youre using those, throwing knives, etc

For reasons, I have not yet figured out, my level 30 490-500+ level toon is literally last in damage on my runs. Without me going to deep right now what are some of the things I should be looking at?
