-I always wanted Loadouts in Vermintide 2 and they NEVER implemented it.
-When they ported the most popular mods for Vermintide 2, they blatantly ignored the Loadouts mod which is easily top 5 most popular mod at the time.
-They messed with the game files organization with every patch until the modder refused to update it anymore out of frustration, killing modded loadouts for Vermintide 2.
-They released Darktide without loadouts.
-They finally implemented loadouts but limit you to only 5 per character for no other reason than "we made the HUD complicated for it and there's no more HUD space lol"
-They don't even let me have my 5 fucking loadouts because every 2-3 months they "ACCIDENTALLY" delete them.

if you are tlaking about the backstab penance, i recomnend using a deathblow heavy sword or brutal momentum axe, since you backstabs to the head count, and those blessings will let you kill 4 in one swing as opposed to the 1 of knife

even tho combat blade does have a 20% melee backstab bonus baseline, it is limited to one target

The amount of Mastery XP is based on what difficulty the player plays. The higher the difficulty, the higher amount of XP is awarded. Experience gained will remain the same, no matter the weapon you use the most during a mission.

@rocky marsh Okay, getting back to what you said about chargers: I think the armor for bugs is designed horribly. You pretty much have to bring anti-tank or you get chased around by a charger for five minutes. Bots I think are designed well, because most of them can be taken out by normal weapons if you hit their weak spots. Hulks need medium penetration and explosive for the eye but most can take them out from the back, same with tanks.

You can also use one targeted orbital as an instant kill for them. Or just have some other bots walk behind the hulks and fire into their weak spots trying to shoot you....

In HD2 you don't win the war really. They wanted a longer narrative-style instead of a monthly goal to reach. You get medals for major orders.

The only one-hits are with turrets and some headshots. It's more rare than people actually claim, and usually they don't realize they really have to adjust your playstyle for each front.

As in, prob each projectile only deal 80% of the damage, but either because they are fired very fast or fling you to take some physics damage that it might as well be one shot.

also on the scientist map, we had to defend(?) or at least hold the central area while the bots came from all directions

Turrets suck at first, but after a while you know to watch out for them and take them out/just avoid them because they can be kinda dumb when they don't know you're there.

This is because bugs have been designed to favor 3 and 5+ AP weapons. Bots have been designed to favor 2 AP precision and 4 AP weapons. This is intentional as to make sure each faction has fresh loadouts, the Illuminate will be similar. As for Chargers specifically, their butt is extremely vulnerable to any decently high durable weapon, and skid tech exists (you can even kill a Charger or Behemoth with a Dagger if you wish).
