On the Mk II, always try to land the H1 rev for both crowd damage and single target. H2 gives a minor benefit but it isn't worth the effort. On the XV both rev heavies are the same.

With Thammer, on the Crucis both the powered H1 and H2 do the same damage. The Ironhelm's H1 and H2 do 20% less damage, the H3 does 10% less damage.

Uncanny + Flesh Tearer is debatably fine on knife considering other options. Knife has rather poor horde clear, bleed helps but it's not competitive in an actual game. For ST bleed is fine with Uncanny. Lacerate has problems due to dedicating an entire blessing slot for a blessing that goes against the whole weapon and Uncanny is too valuable to drop.
