to increase the distance between the weapons dump stat and maxed stats

and weapons lower down the 380 ladder will still put their good stats at or close to 80, like 68+, they'll just take it out of the chosen dump stat's ass even more to make up for it

so 330s will pop up with 4 stats easily 65 and up

it's not all stats just randomly middle of the road they add up how they add up

there are a lot more 4 pumped stats 1 dump stat or 3&2 weapons
