Well I suppose that depends on how you measure Ogyrn, if you measure him as purely a support position, then sure I can see why people don't see him as being overpowered, but I measure him more on a competitive perspective, in terms of damage output, speed, attack speed, movement speed, etc.

The only thing he really has going for him, and does well is his high tank pull and ability for CC. Beyond that I don't see much appeal to him, and I also believe he should be the only class able to block overheads (at least from Maulers) to get him in line with lore and to compensate with his low mobility, but that's evidently an unpopular take.

but what i can say is that FT/Uncanny does give you that exact same playstyle, but is just much more effective
uncanny with its 100% rending means you and your bleed do more damage to almost every enemy type, which would result in 25-90% more damage that your bleed
and flesh tearer requiring crits isnt even that tall of an order on zealot, knife base crit chance is 20%, piety is 25%, scourge is 30%, now you reliably have 75% crit chance, so youre already activating it on nearly every swing
