Mk XV Evis will do that. Mk II has better horde clear w/ Savage + Rampage for Evis, for chain weapons the Mk IV Chainsword has the best crowd performance (it's night and day between Evis and Chainsword, try it out for the novelty).
w/ that yeah just swap Momentum or Bloodletter to Rampage, Momentum at least is somewhat helpful, Bloodletter you have to build for it and the XV isn't the best with it in mind.

the bleed typically isnt enough to kill unless youve swung enough times that it would have jsut been more worth your time to just stab them to the face, both in terms of the time spent doing vs the time spent dying
plus that time theyre spending bleeding they can still actually do things, so your teammates might take the time to kill them when they didnt need to, making it even more useful to just stab them to the face

1: yes it has full diagonal lightspam, but without martyr you're only hitting 1 enemy anyway most of the time as it lacks the damage to 1 shot headshot even poxwalkers to get brumo to trigger. Its lightspam is also the slowest so w/e safety you are gaining from that you are losing in terms of simply hitting more often. 2 has worse lightspam due to 2 vertical swings in its chain but 7 has a notably faster lightspam with only 1 vertical swing.
2: it has fully vertical heavies and pushattack. this means you can't use them for clear speed like 2/7. 2 can just loop diagonal heavies and 7 can do pushattack -> heavy for two diagonal swings. neither of these compromise their single target damage compared to 4.
if you wanna lightspam, take 7. if you want flexibility, take 7, if you wanna turn off your brain and spam heavies, take 2

Tax7 still has a bullshit whiff attack on it's 2nd light, it's better, but not entirely fixed. Holy emperor, i hate that one. My guess is that it has different maximum reach and thats bs.
Tax4 so far proved to be pretty good both in Bromentum and non-bromentum versions (i have both), Tax2 actually feel inferior (to Tax4) rn for me, but still close enough. In terms of perfomance i guess Tax4 perform (both versions) the same for me as Rashad, just a small bit worse.
I never use taxes outside of piety, since they shine with crits. Maybe i'l test one with Bromentum/Shred or Headtaker/Shred and Martyrdom when crafting update hits. Also, i don't use TWBS, thus i just go Fire Grenade route.

Generally speaking, Hammerblow is better. It stacks on first hit and enemies cleaved in a swing, which means an L1 or H2 into a horde will get you stacked to full instantly. As an example of why this is beneficial, only a Hammerblow Crusher can stagger a rager out of their combo without setup using a push attack. Trauma requires repeated hits, which means the first time you swing you don't get any impact stacks. However, strangely enough, Trauma will actually stack to full if you push, activate Fury of the Faithful, or use an activated attack on a sufficiently dense horde.
