Not really no. You do the push followup on the Mk III for a light combo iirc, for style, and for the punch stagger (used to be interesting for ragers, not so much anymore). On the Mk VI you can use it pretty well as the punch overlaps w/ the H1 and H2 ending animations allowing you to get a stab followup really fast. I don't quite recall the combo but you could do smth along the lines of H1 SA SAf H3 and then loop H3 SA SAf or smth.
