So like, regular armory = random weapons with random stat potential (SP), but you can choose. Brunts = non-random weapon with random SP. Mystery Acquisitions = random weapon with better/less random SP, but you don't get to choose.

And of course Emperor's Gift = random weapon with SP based on performance/difficulty.
