its fine either way but having 150 toughness and 300 health is betterthan having 90 toughness and 500 health

Both thammers require finesse and accuracy to use propah. Crucis needs accuracy for isolating targets in a group so you don't waste a swing on trash, and Ironhelm needs it for landing the charged H3 strikedown on a boss or crusher in a group so you, again, don't waste it on trash. Although I think theres a way to animation cancel into H3, but I never bothered learning that stuff.

Again, they are sidegrades. Different strokes for different folks. Using either effectively makes you a badass, so it don't matter.
