The only big weakness the dclaw has is carapace damage, so having a method to deal with it is good

Maulers are generally pushovers in small amounts, since they're easy to dodge, and hitting them in the chest with dclaw or your gun can also work

It is worth noting that since you're gonna be taking scourge (you should be, it reliably gives 30% crit chance), you can reliably stack up bleed on enemies, and since maulers are still classified as flak, they will take moderate damage from the bleed, making it generally viable to just let it stack up and kill em if they're in a mixed horde as you just swing away

its not the most efficient, but it saves ammo and is generally pretty safe cuz you can just brain off as you swing

Finding it a lot more difficult to clutch games as zealot vs my veteran (I swap between VoC and Stealth/Knife). Any tips on saving the day when all 3 teammates are down?

Depends on what you are using as Zealot, it's pretty easy to save the day if you are running stealth, you can just go to the spawn point and rescue someone in stealth then get some CDR from kills and rescue again, for chastice i'd say it's better to have fire or stun grenades, in most cases fire grenades are actually better, stun grenades useful if you want to stun crusher/maulers pack and res during that (but its niche situation)

Fair. I guess where I went wrong and could’ve improved was I had throwing knives instead of fire/stuns which in a vacuum and nail specials but when the team is knackered and isn’t exactly that good the more team oriented grenades can probably help more there.

Would you say zealot is better off played in the support role or as the dps role?

Play support role only if you are going to do penances or you get a premade teammate(s) that can carry. My opinion it's not worth it to gamba if you get good teammates or not, 95% of the time it's "not". Knife Stealth zealot is technically a support too, since it's super easy to help downed teammates and rescue them. So if you dont like to be a slowpoke (no mobility) with a book, you can go with stealth instead.

But i do play as a zealot main DPS role, if we are talking about support, Psykers (just too much to list) can do it much better, even Veterans (survivalist + gay shout + infinite boss stun with crack grenades + improved box).

i played yakuza kenzan jp around 15 years ago

it was fun, but these days it will feel quite dated

tho i also got a platinum trophy in yakuza dead souls and they recently refused to remake that one

story wise it was still same cool yakyza

shooting was shit though

they said that Dead Souls will require an insane overhaul and it seems they dont wan't to waste too much resources
