Well, that’s a maybe still, but I imagine that no matter who the player it is and what they do, they should have roughly the same level of accessibility to making valid items for their builds
Higher difficulties definitely should grant some more mats, but as is, there’s no point going below Damnation in that regard, unless you’re really not comfortable with that level of complexity re: difficulty
And then I imagine it must feel bad that you have to complete twice or thrice as many missions to make some sort of sensible upgrade for your items, just because you are playing below Damnation. All this is an instance ofc., I don’t hold any data in that regard, but this is what would empirically make sense to me / might be the case right now
