both perks are INCREDIBLY bad there, but specialist is significantly worse because 1 shot to the head kills every specialist unless its a mutant, or a noncrit on a poxburster (neither would be reduced with 10% specialist dmg)

3 extra points to go wherever, but im a DR goblin so i tend to put them toward SoC and good balance, but thats honestly overkill, so you could do that too or pick up some extra damage or something

@spare talon so i've found with 25% maniac, I can 1 shot pretty much everything but bulwark, crusher, reaper, mauler and mutants. with 25% carapiece, I can now 2-3 shot bulwark, crusher, reaper and maulers instead of 4-5 shot, and now have to 2 shot ragers, and 2 shot mutants. But with 10% elite, I can reliably 2-3 bulwark, crusher, reaper, mauler, 2 shot mutant, 1 shot ragers, i think 10% elite is better, no?
