crucis is less effective in general play, but has higher bonking damage and very simple moves
ironhelm has less bonking damage, and weirder attack patterns, but the actual quirks it has and the general stat advantages it has over crucis make it a much better generalist, whithout sacrificing too much boss bonk

I'm just playing around with the movesets and it seems like the Crucis is simply harder to use because the lights are 2 vertical and 1 horizontal.

The Ironhelm has all diagonal lights, which I can still aim fairly well enough.

Regeneration Speed is extremely important as not only does it give you more toughness but it also shortens the delay it takes for your coherency regeneration to kick in after taking damage.
