It looks like I can still get it either with a crit, with the dash, or if Rampage is active. So there are ways, but it's much less reliable. Unfortunate. Evis Mk II can still stun them on a heavy special.

A big thing w/ Zealot is that your talent picks are based on the weapons you want to run. Each weapon has its own set of ideal talents and rankings for point priority. Unironically just knowing that's the case, getting a feel for the common sense, and knowing what each talent does is all you need.
